About Lemeno

Lemeno is a personal AI service that watches things you ask it to — such as prices, stock availability, appointment slots, reminders, news topics, bills, and market prices — and notifies you, primarily over WhatsApp, when something happens.

Lemeno is intended for your personal, non-commercial use. By signing up or using Lemeno, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lemeno. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for the WhatsApp number and account you register, and for the watches and instructions you create through it. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

Free & Paid Plans

Lemeno offers a free plan that lets you set up a limited number of watches at no cost. Paid plans add more watches and faster, more frequent checks.

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment partner, Razorpay, and renew automatically for successive periods until you cancel. We will tell you the price and billing cycle before you pay.

How Alerts Work — and Their Limits

Lemeno watches third-party sources and aims to alert you promptly and accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that every alert will be delivered, delivered on time, or completely accurate. Third-party websites can change, go down, rate-limit, or block automated checks, and message delivery depends on WhatsApp and your network.

You are responsible for acting on alerts yourself — buying, booking, paying, or otherwise. Please do not rely on Lemeno as your only safeguard for time-critical, financial, medical, legal, or safety-related matters.

Not Financial or Professional Advice

Price, stock, and crypto alerts are provided for your information only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice, and Lemeno does not recommend any particular action. Any decision you make based on an alert is entirely your own.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lemeno only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not use it to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to harass anyone, to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to place an abusive or excessive load on any third-party website.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or these terms.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your chosen payment method via Razorpay. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the current period — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

We may change our prices or plans from time to time; we will give you reasonable notice before any change affects you.

Intellectual Property

The Lemeno name, brand, website, and software are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. The watches, instructions, and content you create remain yours; you simply grant us permission to use them as needed to provide the service to you.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Lemeno is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts, for changes or downtime on third-party websites, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on alerts.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Lemeno in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Lemeno and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Lemeno are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
