Lemeno is a personal AI that watches the things you care about and lets you know on WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights — in plain language, no jargon where plain words work.
Information We Collect
When you sign up and use Lemeno, we collect the information you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, and (optionally) your email address.
We also collect the things you ask Lemeno to watch — such as product links, target prices, booking pages, search terms, reminder text, topics, or tickers — and the messages you exchange with Lemeno to set up and manage those watches. We only collect what you choose to share with us.
We may collect basic, privacy-respecting usage data (such as pages visited) to keep the service running and improve it. We do not use invasive tracking and we do not sell your data.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to provide the service: to run the watches you set up, to send you alerts and reminders on WhatsApp, to manage your account and subscription, to respond to your support requests, and to improve how Lemeno works.
We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists or share your data with advertisers.
WhatsApp & Notifications
Lemeno delivers your alerts primarily over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. By signing up and giving us your WhatsApp number, you consent to receive service messages (your alerts, reminders, and account notifications) on WhatsApp.
You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP or by asking us to delete your account. Your use of WhatsApp itself is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Watching Third-Party Websites
To fulfil a watch you create, Lemeno checks publicly available information on the third-party websites or sources you specify (for example, a product page or a booking page). We only watch what you ask us to.
Lemeno does not log into your personal accounts on those sites and does not access private or password-protected information unless you explicitly and securely provide access for a specific watch.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We do not store your card or bank details on our servers. All payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, under their own security standards.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate Lemeno — including Google Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting and storage), WhatsApp / Meta (message delivery), and Razorpay (payments) — and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our service.
Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use minimal, essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to keep the site working and understand general usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may be affected.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and you are using Lemeno. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
Your Rights

Children
Lemeno is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Lemeno after an update means you accept the revised policy.
