Free Plan

Lemeno's free plan is free to use, with no payment required. Because nothing is charged, there is nothing to refund — you can stop using it at any time with no charge.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose — in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment partner, Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account or by messaging us on WhatsApp. When you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.

Refunds

Because Lemeno is an active, ongoing service, fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once the period has begun.

However, we want you to be happy. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or a technical problem on our side stopped you from using a paid plan you just paid for, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full or fair pro-rata refund. We review every request reasonably and in good faith.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to reflect the amount.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To cancel or request a refund, email contact@lemenolabs.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 97388 87217 with the email or number on your account. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.
